The villa project, jointly designed with Architect Serhat Bozdağ, is located in Çeşme, a district of İzmir that has seen intense development in recent years and is typically characterized by the construction of villas with pools. The structure is designed as a two-story building, consisting of 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, based on the client’s requirements. The entrance to the property is positioned on the side facing the road, with space allocated for parking one vehicle. To ensure privacy, spaces that do not require large openings have been placed on this façade. The backyard, designed as a private area for users, features a pool and a fire pit. One of the main spaces of the building, the living room, is connected to the backyard to encourage active use of this area by the residents. Similarly, the master bedroom on the upper floor is designed with the same approach.
