Neighborhood Concept villa project
The villa complex, designed by O&B Architecture, is located in the Düzlerçamı Neighborhood of Döşemealtı district in Antalya, on parcel 403 block 1. It is situated in an area that has seen significant residential and villa developments in recent years. The project consists of a total of 17 villas, planned within the framework of the “Neighborhood” theme.
Within the complex, vehicle traffic is not allowed except for emergencies, and exclusive spaces such as private gardens, indoor parking, and swimming pools have been created for each villa. The internal roads on the site are designed to be used only in emergencies, with the remaining areas allocated as shared spaces for residents. Parceling work has been carried out considering road circulation. Since the resulting plots differ in location, size, and orientation, unique building designs have been developed for each plot.
During the design process, special attention was paid to the principle of privacy; facades were not oriented toward the private areas of neighboring buildings. Each villa is equipped with a swimming pool, private garden, independent guest room, bedrooms, hobby area, living room, kitchen, dining area, dressing room, private indoor parking, and wet areas. Open parking spaces are positioned outside the building cluster, while indoor parking areas are placed underneath the building cluster to address parking issues.
This design aims to maximize the comfort and quality of life for each villa resident. I actively contributed throughout the entire process, from design to implementation projects, by preparing the necessary technical and visual drawings.
