The villa, with a total construction area of 120 m², includes 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 WC. The plot faces a road on its southeast side, which is also the furthest side from neighboring buildings. For this reason, the building is oriented towards the southeast facade, with access provided from the road. Additionally, the structure has been positioned as close as possible to the rear garden setback boundary, thereby enlarging the front garden area. This design ensures a balance between public, semi-public, and private spaces. The interior spaces have been designed with the principle of maximizing usable area with minimal movement.
